I really enjoyed the food that I got. The ribs and rib tips were very tender, the baked beans were really good and I got a side of macaroni it need some salt and pepper other than that it was alright, I was disappointed that they didn't have any cake at all you would think they would make enough to last all day since it was early in the day that I went to them.

I wanted to order ribs but they ran out. I ordered the oxtail with two sides (macaroni and cheese and beans and rice). The mac and cheese and oxtails were good. I only got the beans and rice because they did not have seasoned rice. I did not care for the beans and rice and when I go there again if they don't have seasoned rice I definitely won't get the beans and rice. They would probably taste good to someone else but beans and rice how it was prepared is not my thing. The ribs tips were great even though I only got two pieces because my friends ate the rest.

My favorite after church service spot! The food is plentiful and the ribs literally fall off the bone and the greens and yams??? Just heaven!

I really enjoy the food. I only go there when they 1st open up cause they're not so busy and everything is fresh. I really enjoy talking to Marvin which is the cook. And his aunt as well they give you a friendly vibe that keeps you coming......

Today was my first time going here. We had the half slab of ribs with mac and cheese, yams, and we each had a slice of cake. OMG, the ribs were so tender and good! I had been to 2 other places before I came to this one, and I'm glad we found this spot! The Mac and cheese and yams were also good. We will be back very soon!

Today I tried this establishment while I’m vacationing here in Milwaukee, I can honestly say I was extremely impressed, I ordered the RIB TIPS & MAC the best BBQ I’ve had in years... I must express my profound satisfaction with the experience. I particularly enjoyed the RIB TIPS & MAC, which I found to be the most exceptional barbecue I have ever tasted in years.

Had the jerk chicken and rib tips fresh off the grill, and they were delicious! The sides were very tasty as well, and was quite happy with how great everything was. The icing on the cake was the people and the service. While I was in to pick up lunch I had experiences with several members of the staff, and they were all friendly and helpful. An extremely welcome addition to Riverwest, and one I am sure to frequent!

Didn't know that it wasn't really for dinning in but once I got home, those rib tips were fire. Jerk chicken was very good too, candied yams were amazing. I wanted more yams.
